A successful Knowledge Management Strategy should:



  • Support the overall business strategy

  • Support core value creation processes

  • Focus on where value can be created internally in the Business and externally for Customers

  • Prioritize KM initiatives based on ROI, where possible

  • Produce measurable results

  • Embed KM initiatives into existing business processes vs. creating new stand-alone processes
